When the locally owned company Shawn was working for was purchased by a large national corporation Shawn and Kristi saw a need for that one on one relationship type of company in the refuse industry. The type where you call and the phone is answered by the owner not just an employee that is trained to give specific answers or for that matter one from another state or city that cant understand your specific needs. The type of business that can make their own decisions to better benefit the customer by customizing services, negotiating rates and being available after regular business hours. They wanted a company that was the type where you may see your customers at a neighbors barbeque or the local lake while fishing with the family. The type where customers become friends not just another dollar. This is when Native Waste Solutions was dreamt up and quickly became a reality, Shawn told Kristi he was going to start his own waste removal company and purchased his first roll off truck along with a handful of containers and here we are.
